e-Invoicing is not explicitly allowed nor widely used as the primary invoice format in the country. In practice, electronic copies of paper invoices are used, but original paper invoices are kept for record keeping and are treated as legal documents. Tax returns must be submitted to an online portal which is called e-Tax provided by the Inland Revenue Division (IRD).
