The Ghana Government published the VAT Act on 18 May 2018. Every taxpayer registered for VAT or a person who is required to be registered for Value-Added Tax Act must issue invoices to the Electronic Fiscal Device (FED) by the end of 2020. Electronically file and pay VAT returns via online service of the tax authority.
